Horrific Service

<p>I am seriously disgusted in the service i recieved from miway this weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked their so called "we-drive service" and still had to basically arrange my own way home saturday evening. I called in to the call centre atleasr 4 time first to update my details and then 3 times after that to follow up on where the driver is. all i get told is he is outside?????? I was also outside and no one was there, i then get ****ed off and got the called dropped on me. i am then told he left and they will arrange for a tow truck. till this point no one has contacted me back to explain what happened and why i was not collected.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys a really pathetic.</p>
