Horrible treatment from Miway investigator

have been using miway for as long as can I remember and it has been so good to me I never felt I would leave. But after my recent accident where my car was written off I'm beginning to question whether they have my interest at heart or whether they are just looking for a reason not to pay. I was interviewed by Jaco Coetzee and I was cooperative throughout, giving him all the info he needed. To my annoyance and despite my earlier declaration that I was not drinking alcohol on the day of the incident, Jaco, after visiting one of the places I was at, insinuated that I **** and that I was drinking at a pub that was within that specific area. To say I was offended is an understatement. The line of questioning by these guys is scary. It feels like you are in a court of law. Miway please review the way you interview your clients after a serious accident. Make us feel at ease. Jaco made me feel like I was on my own today. You can do better than that Miway
