Terrible experience, they are trying to avoid paying the settlement amount of my written off car, giving me run arounds.one of thier agents deliberately did not submit the settlement letter from the bank until it expired. The second agent **** that he submitted a request for a new settlement letter. My settlement letter came within a few minutes, yet theirs is said to take more than a day. I suspect the consultants are trained to frustrate customers to avoid paying.
