Horrible treatment

My debit order is on the 20th of each month, but today my debit order went off 15- 08- 2025 I calledin talked to the lady Mapule then she told me her supervisor will call me back, which that supervisor never called, I called again I was told my refund has been sent but will wait for 3 working days for my money to be reversed back to my account, 1st lady i talked to told me even if she puts me through her supervisor nothing is going to be done cause its the process 2nd told me to send bank statement to don't know where cause my phone switched off, she did not bothertocallmeback, 3rd one Noluthando very *********** that she even laughed at me, Know one deserve this inconvenience and humiliation .. There's is no way your incompetence seems like my problem no ways.. I want my money today.. Your staff is unprofessional.. My account is sitting on a negative balanced My uber declined this morning I have a trip to EC. I have no cash in my account. Then I'm told about procedures, I want my money
