Horrible treatment

I wish there was zero rating i feel ****** giving y'all one, I'm not happy at all with ur service my car was declared write off just after i made peace after sending documents via postnet to be paid off a guy called Teddy who is supposedly my consultant but he promised me lies I'm so angry fuming feeling abused for being given rong information how can a car get written and boom they decide again that the no longer writing it off like I'm beyond ****ed now I'm having panic attacks thinking that i won't get to see my car again or pay out i was also told by ppl who are fixing my car that they closed my case due to they were told of a write off someone better sort this out before I go mental
