Horrible service from MiWay

I have a home contents cover with Miway. My son hit my tv numerous times and I claimed for it. Not only are they rejecting my claim but they saying I'm dishonest because the assessors report says that the tv is damaged due to wear and tear. From my knowledge when there is impact on a Lcd screens these dark marks appear and when I saw the incident happen I reported it. How was I suppose to know its wear and tear??? and how does this assessor know by just looking at the tv that the lines are due to wear and tear and not impact??? This does not sound right. MiWay is just looking for any reason to reject my claim and its not making sense. And the cherry on top is that they want to conclude that I was dishonest because I don't know about this wear and tear. MiWay is a terrible insurance company, please do not take any cover with them. Thank goodness my car insurance is not with them, they struggle to pay a simple tv claim.
