Horrible service ever

Mid November last month I was hitted by another car and it damaged my car on the driver's side.

I've called miway to inform them about the accident and they've asked for pictures n asked for registration of both cars.

It's been waiting for 2 weeks and in this week it's my 3rd week waiting for their call...when I call they come with stories and I'm ordered to wait for a call again.
