HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER

i had an accident on the 08-04-2019 and the claim (C ********** ) was submitted on the same day miway provided me with great service ever but all went wrong when the repairs was authorized to some panel beaters by the name of GREAT SOUTH PANEL BEATERS. At first my car was replaced with piracy parts and they took long to fix my car I had to keep on calling them to push them so that my car can be done after the car was done on the 24\05\2019 the list of piracy parts are Head lamp and right front fender. I drove the car for a week and the piracy head lamp was not lighting correctly and keeps on giving me warning lights on the cluster and windscreen right nozzle wiper spray was not working and my car was having some over sprays on the right front door ,front bumper its not well clamped I had to send it back yesterday 10-06-2019 as I did inform them of all their terrible workmanship on top of that I showed them all their dirty work and I left the car with them later on the day I receive a call from them saying the car is done then I instructed them to deliver my car at my work place but coming to my surprise nothing was done only the wiper nozzle spray was fixed the rest was not fixed.Overall the nature of this complaint is that I'm paying the insurance so that I can get the service that I deserve and again I didn't signed up any contract with this panel beaters so now all this running around are at my expense fuel price is very high and my time also counts can some one get to the bottom of this matter and I want my car fixed as I don't approve piracy parts I had to pay R2950 excess for all this stupid service and repairs ?I don't want anything to do with them they must just fix my car and I don't want to speak to them they must just fetch the car at their fuel expense
