Horrible service

I have been in contact with Miway for the last 5 weeks regarding a claim of mine. to this date I still have not gotten an answer from them. In the 5 weeks in have made numerous calls to them and received only 2 calls, 1 from the assessor and 1 from a manager that did not know anything about the claim. In this 5 weeks I had to use the services of taxis and Uber to get to work and back which is additional expenses for me.
