Horrible Service

I have had one of the most disappointing experiences with the company,although my claim is being dealt with the team overall has been very disappointing as they promised to follow up with me and I have been the one having to follow up with them. I was even contacted regarding a previous review and was promised feedback which as to date still nothing ,this just frustrated the situation more as now I feel even more under valued as a client ,surely will not be recommending miway to anyone in the nearby future and actually feel like cancelling my insurance with them ,keeping customers in the loop is part of your service and not the clients duty to follow up
