Horrible Service C***

The most awful service ever. Submitted a claim 8days ago for a single. I follow up every day with a call with NO assistance. They will transfer you from one call to another. It's disgusting that we pay monthly premiums only to get such terrible service. Can someone attend to my claim. Claim number C***
