Horrible Service

1. I have a netstar plus tracking device installed in my vehicle which is a miway requirement but because I had it previously fitted by Netstat in 2020, Miway refuses to accept it because there is "no guarantee" even after seeing that it was fitted by Netstar

now I have comprehensive car insurance with no theft and hijacking after being signed on and having explained that I have the required device

my vehicle is also incorrect on my policy and all they want to do is increase my policy when everything was initially explained.
