horrible service

<p>insurance claim on a car accident, the car was damaged when a dog was hit, being told that it is impossible that one person can drive the car more than another when we are paying the premium every month as well as the person that was in the accident being on the insurance as a driver. people known to the person that was in the accident being called and asked questions intended to incriminate the person. this is extremely unprofessional.</p>
