Horrible service

Every month I get an sms telling me I should go get my car inspected. I inspected the car at Glasfit in Bryanston. Got a report via WhatsApp I can’t access anymore and I followed up a month later and sent their consultant the pics via email. A month later I received an sms telling me I need to take the car in again for inspection. Another consultant requested I send pics. I asked them to speak to the colleague if sent pics to. They received them and sorted the situation out. Promised to send a certificate confirming all is well. I’m still waiting. Instead, a day after that conversation I got another sms saying I need to take my car for inspection in order to be covered. From September to December 2021, I’ve been in this nightmare. I’m just gathering the strength but I’m definitely leaving MiWay soon. Do not sign up for such incompetence. I really think it’s a waste of time especially if you like things in order.
