Horrible service

Had a bad experience had an collision with a miway insurance client as a result she was paying third-party as she referred me to them..all documents were send was told not to claim from my insurance was told that the accessor will come to date this issue is from January till.now was no.payment no accessor . No follow up nothing when i did my own follow up the person dealing with my case she says she was on leave and the is a bad log...cant believe how unprofessional and rudely they treat their client and am 100 percent is a race issue..how can a black person be treated like this had an insurance with them had to cancel my husband as well...its a 0 treatment am so so disappointed...
