Horrible service

I had 2 car insurance with miway after canceling these insurances miway never cleared these on the credit bureau, I have reported this to miway but still nothing happened and this has now affected my credit score very badly I have made calls to your customer service department few times and they promised to get matter sorted but still today nothing it has been over 5 months now and still nothing
