Horrible service
Lodged a complaint nearly a month ago . Was offered a resolution , I agreed . 3 weeks later still nothing !
The dude Ntokozo Mjokane ghosted me and as an out office response that keeps getting extended .
Called the call centre 3 times this morning and no one could help . The line was disconnected on the 3rd attempt .
Why am I still even a Miway client ??????
