HORRIBLE SERVICE

So miway promised me a refund of R1900 last year September and I was told since my policy was paid annually I will only get it in April for my policy review,Now its april they are telling me a different story so requested the recording for then and it's almost a month now am waiting ,when I call am told about 72hrs turn around time ,Wow what a service to your client in such difficult times .A promise is a promise and I want my refund or credit and the phone recording when I spoke to Ntokozo last year.On the 7thi spoke to Miyelane Baloi and today I spoke to Eric Lepee and sadly am still waiting......
