Horrible Insurer
Yoh ha ah. My car was in an accident on 25 Nov, I asked to buy back my car instead of them writing it off and I still have not received the money due to me. What annoys me is that I have to follow up on everything with them, the claims guys dealing with case does not bother to answer his direct line nor respond to my emails.
The service is good but when it comes to claim stage. MIWAY drags their feet.
