Horrible insurance, they force you to rate their service immediately after you have lodged your claim. After that you must constantly remind them to service you. They did not even tell me that I could claim for my rotten food after my refrigerator broke. When I later inquired about the food claim which was 4 days later they wanted photos of the rotten food, cash slips and even wanted me to discribe how the food was rotten and demanded the exact time the food got rotten. Most horrible insurance service ever 😡😡
