Horrible Horrible service delivery

Had a horrible interaction and the staff member assisting was so rude. They tried to pay less than policy stated with no proof as to how they got to the lesser amount. Then we had to read the policy word for word as he was disruptive and very rude.

I must also add that every interaction we have had with MiWay had been very bad. The staff is rude and treat you like a ********.
