Horrible experience which borders on *****

I was involved in an accident around Wonderboom Pretoria in December 2024 and Miway took my car to a panel beaters called Wonderboom panelbeaters. They kept my car up until the end of February. When I get there, they had removed the side skirt that was not part of the accident. I called Miway and they said they will investigate, Up to this point, nothing has happened. Last week when I called Miway, they said that the car has been approved for the ammendments and they will be fixing it and that I should be waiting for a call this week. When I call the panel beaters this week about when am I going to get my car, they said that the ammendments to the claim have not been approved and suggested that I should pay for them out of pocket.

So I have been paying Miway insurance premiums for 4 months going on 5 months for a car that's in their care through this Wonderboom Panel Beaters and nothing has been done
