Horrible, Disreputable MiWay!

4 months down the line after my car accident, here we are, with a car that is not fixed and an arrogant Justin telling that they have bended over backwards yet my car is not back. I have tried to multiple times to communicate with MiWay and the feedback I get is just lies. They chat team never gives feedback, Anthony their assessor is blue ticking me and not keeping his promise, Jonathan their assessor is promising things he knows they cannot live up to and no one knows what is going on with my car, even the Justin that Anthony routed me to, to assist. This brand that I jumped to when they poached me from my previous insurer has proven to be unreliable and *************. The fact that they have pushed me to be inhumane and scream at everyone just indicates how disreputable they are. I get I don't know, it cannot be done, we are doing our best, let's see what we can do and dropped calls (Olga) yet my debit order is collected every month without fail. I would accept such service if my premiums were not on point. I would accept such treatment if I was within their waiting period. I done with this brand and their incompetence. One thing I assure them is that they will be liable with restoring my car to its condition as that was the basis of our contractual agreement.
