Horrible customer service

It’s been over a month since I made my claim and Miway has not declined or accepted my claim, the person who is suppose to help is Tshepang Ngoepe but the guy has been an absolute nightmare from the first day he called me. He has **** to me numerous times for that reason I asked for the call recordings it’s almost 2 weeks now still they have not sent anything. I’ve insured 3 vehicles with Miway but they are failing to assist me and top of that I have never laid a claim this is my first, now I must decide weather to cancel all my policies with Miway or take this issue to Ombudsman C***
