Horrible company

Horrible Company!!!

I tried to register a claim with Miway, they keep telling me I must email the claims department. After the 4th email i eventually phoned back and after throwing a tantrum, David Ndhlovu helped me. It took them almost a week to get a service provider to come and pick up my vinyl cutter for assessment. Last week the service provider arrived, driving a city golf, to pick up a 1.5m x 1m vinyl cutter. He couldn't pick it up, so he decided to test the product here by us. He didn't even connect the cutter to the computer, to do the assessment and test it out. Needles to say, its been 2 weeks, and still no word on Miway, leaving me without income. Every time i phone David, they give me another excuse, emails gets ignored. All this trouble to try and save a R7000 payout.

Its the 3rd claim in 3 years, of which, i had to write a review twice, before getting service from them.

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM MIWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
