Horrible claim experience

What a Joke this company giving me the run-around just for a mere windscreen claim, but very efficient for premium collection. Submitted a windscreen claim and a service provider was allocated. They promised to call to schedule a date and time for the installation but nothing happened. Have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of this useless service provider but to no avail. I then contacted miway to ask them to kindly appoint another service provider as the one appointed prior was unable to help they promised to get back to me but there has been absolutely no response from miway
