Horrible business insurance 😡 😡 😡 😡

I joined Miway business insurance 4+ years ago, I have been claim free eversince. This year my bakkie that I use on a day to day for my business was involved in an accident and it was write off, to cut the story short Miway come to rescue and tow my car, claim process started few days later the assessor called to inform me to withdraw the claim. My understanding was the insure will repudiate or pay the claim and to my suprise the assessor said to me the tyres are not the same and he's attending a claims meeting and he's gonna push for my claim to be rejected. What a horrible experience I had during the claim process with Miway.
