Horrible

I've made a claim and I've provided what was needed, and they harassed my seller to confirm, they wanted .y moms ID to check her on some data base and I'm the one who is insured with them. And now they want us to meet and chat, and I ended up canceling the insurance. Poor, poor, poor service and never got back to me in time, would take the whole week without updating me, when I call they say they were just about to call me.
