Horrible

<p>I submitted my claim a day after my accident , I emailed miway claims department as requested on the website . But nobody returned my call . I then called through and spoke to a lady in the claims department who was extremely rude to me her name was Elisa N .She got very annoyed and irritated with me every time i asked question about my claim she was supposed to even send through an email telling me which panel beater i should take my car to but didnt its over two weeks and i am still waiting . The service at Miway is perthetic all my personal details was captured incorrect when i first signed up . they even charged me for a callout service that was not even done few months ago.</p>
