What a horrible service received from MiWay? On the 17 of February 2020, I called them requesting towing at around 10AM and received an sms acknowledging my request. However no tow truck came through and I then received a call from Ronald Nkosi from MiWay at around 4PM asking whether I still needed assistance. How can one ****** ask if I still need assistance when I was not even assisted. What I have experienced yesterday was just ********** and I will be cancelling and ask my wife to do the same. We will go were we will be serviced better than this. Thank you MiWay for nothing, thank you very much!!!!
