I'm tired of the way Miway treats their clients when. It comes to client service, last week 20 April Treasure Nhleko gave me the outcome of my dispute which I'm still not happy with, I asked him to send me the original communication where Miway sent me for my household contents and the terms and conditions sent the 1st time, it's over a week and still didn't send it this how was treated and they can't even compromise on the claim but I have been a client of them for 6 years long only 1 claim. I want a call from a Manager and not someone else to explain why I'm I been treated that why. This claim treatment is so bad but they can debit your money every month. I'm definitely moving my cars and home insurance.
