Home contents insurance with myway

My husband lodged a claim in 30 May 2022 from home contents insurance sine the above mentioned date Miway playing hide and seek has not payout the claim of the TV making empty promises for the above mentioned date now we are sitting without TV since end of May till today...Claim noC*** been dealing with Tyrell who has been failing to deliver service that I'm paying for on monthly basis..I would appreciate if you can assist us as this is too frustrating..
