Home contents dispute

Bad service I claimed for house contents cover. I was treated like a third class citizen. I had a break in and two weeks later I got a call from stephan share from miway only to inform me that he was going to help the people in strausbay somewhere next to cape agulhas. My claim was then pushed aside and the opted to help the white people in that area. I felt helpless and useless as am black and not a priority for them. I am done with miway and won't recommend it to anyone.
