Hlonipiwe was the agent that assisted me

Hlonipiwe was the agent that assisted me. They firstly made me feel like I’m burdening with my request for assistance. I asked for assistance with 3 things which I listed, they responded to only two of the items. When I followed up on the third one they simply ignored me, I even followed up twice and they stopped responding. Not helpful at all!
