Highly impressive service received from N Dhladhla

I called Miway at 11am to cancel my policy since I have received a better quote from an alternate company. I was directed to Ms Dhladhla who asked me what she could do to assist me. I informed her of the details of my new quote. Ms Dhladhla informed me that she will try her best to match or beat my quote. When Ms Dhladhla did call back I was busy and unable to take the call. She attempted to call me on every 30min until I was available. Not only did Ms Dhladhla beat my new quote, she also found me better cover. I had many questions to which Ms Dhladhla answered fully. The conversation lasted over an hour and only terminated at about 17h25. Ms Dhladhla didn't rush the conversation because it was after hours. She maintained her patience and calmness and provided me with all the information which I required. She has a great personality and didn't sound like a recited text book. Excellent service! Thank you!
