HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MIWAY

Last week Friday there were some heavy rains in Witbank which claimed my car as result of water damages (extent not ascertained as yet). Fine l called MiHelp and they did all they can to get the car towed by Reliable Towing (Pty) Ltd and taken for storage for the night. Monday morning l got a call from a consultant (Sandile Gwebu) who said the car would be taken for damage assessment at G & J Auto Body and the report would be ready with the assessor from Miway in 2-3 working days. Now its 3 days after it was taken at G& J, then l decide to followup with the panelbeaters only for them to tell me that they are waiting for Sandile to authorize them to take it to an agent for assessment since its water damaged. i sent Sandile an email notifying him of this news in the morning still he has rep****, l tried calling all day & all l get is he is not in the office (he but getting paid for being in the office remember). Now am really angry at this guy because it means another 3 days delay but how can you send a car for assessment to someone who still gona take it to the real assessor when you can just do the right thing. MIWAY MUST FALL
