Highly disappointed
Absolutly disgusted to say the least. I said phone me back at 16:00 yesterday then I will decide if I want the policy or not because I was still busy with quotes from other insurance companies. The phone call never came back. Then today this afternoon I get a messages stating to download my policy. SO YOUR WORKER JUST ASSUMED THAT U WAS GOING TO TAKE IT WITHOUT MY FINAL YES OR FINAL NO FOR A POLICY. THAT IS WHAT THEY CALL FRUAD
