Had a burglary on the 5th of Feb wanted to claim assessor was here on the11th and my husband answered a question of me apparently working from home but meaning to say the question was \how many clients do I see in a week"and he answered 2 to 3. My husband did not say it was out in the field and not at home. I only see my friends 1 or 2 times a month at home. Now they have cancelled my insurance because I said I am not working from home since 22nd Sept 2014 and that us true. I wish they can make more sure of their accusations before just cancelling a policy. They must also ask the relevant person directly the right questions. I have been paying household insurance for more than 3 years with them. I want all my premiums back as a result of incompetence!!!!!! I will take this further with my lawyer and the ombudsman.
