High Premiums and High access , what's the point?

I am not satisfied with my cover from MIWay Insurance. Although the claiming process itself is fairly straightforward, my premiums remain extremely high, and on top of that the excess is also unreasonably steep. This feels deeply unfair, especially given that I have been a loyal client for a long time and have only ever submitted one claim. The cost structure does not reflect my low-risk history, nor does it reward loyalty in any meaningful way.
