High level Customer care

This was my first time to have an accident but the way miway consultants who assisted me from day 1 of the accident was really wonderful. From the lady I spoke to when the accident happened (sorry I can't remember your name). She helped me with the claim registration until the car was towed away. To Solomon who was my claim assessor. To Masilo who called me today to update me on my claim. I was guided and checked upon on every step they took and updated me timeously. Even their autobody shop have been communicating with me throughout. I would like to highlight the fact that because of Miway Insurance and the way they conduct themselves professionally and their 100% customer service, their service providers are also inclined to meet their customers with the same level.
