High Five Tabani

I had a query regarding my premium and initially it appeared it was going to be difficult to resolve. I ended up speaking with Tabani of the MiWay cancellations department who took it upon himself to help me and save a customer. Tabani went out of his way to escalate my issue and undertook to phone me back as he would need to refer the matter to management. Indeed I was contacted later with the good news that my issue had been resolved. Needless to say I am now a very happy and loyal MiWay customer. What needs to be emphasised is that I was afforded the utmost professionalism by a staff member that genuinely cared about customer service and went over and above what was expected of him.
