Hidden Clauses, No Help – MiWay Is a **** When You Actually Claim

Rats chewed through the wiring of my Mercedes. Obvious accidental damage, right? I called MiWay to claim — denied.

Turns out they hide exclusions like “vermin and pest damage” in fine print, not in the main policy you sign. I’m on comprehensive cover, but apparently that means nothing.

No help, no towing, no assistance — just a “sorry, not covered”.

They’re friendly when you sign up, but completely useless when it counts. Don’t be fooled by the price or the smiles — MiWay will let you down.
