Hi there. Got into accident this morning. Called MiWay and was assisted by Trinisha Chatty. She was absolutely amazing. Stayed on the line with me. Was polite and kind. Resourceful. Took me through what I need to do and ensured I get home safely and felt safe. Thank you so much to Trinisha Chetty for great service. Hoping the rest of the claims process will go smoothly
