Hi there. I was towed this afternoon. The service I received from both Thabang Letsoalo (call center) and Mduduzo (tow truck driver Vehicle Registration: KL21RMGP) was outstanding. Thabang Letsoalo called me and asked me the relevant questions, very friendly and polite. Mduduzo got to me on the side of the highway, got the vehicle hooked up and on the truck in perfect timing. He was very friendly and polite. When we got back the vehicle had to get into the driveway I told Mduduzo and he said nothing, got the truck turned and reversed into the driveway (I didn't think it was going to make it because of the angle of the driveway and width of the road) vehicle off safety. And all this was done in rain. I just want to say thank you for the excellent service.
