Hi, I called MiWay wanting to know if the premium for this month has been debited

Hi, I called MiWay wanting to know if the premium for this month has been debited. My bank sent me a message that that the debit went through but MiWay sent me an sms stating that they have not received the money. When I called MiWay, I spoke to Jabu Sithole and she said I can drop the call and she will call back immediately afterwards. That she did and she gave me excellent service.
