Hi Hellopeter. I have a third party claim with miway case C***. The case was finalized on the 11th of August and was advised payment should take up to 20 working days. Till today still no payment and was told it still withing the TAT. My issue is we are on day 17 so do they want to process it on exactly day 20 and than it takes another 5 days for them to release and the bank to clear it, that is not great customer service. I have been kept on hold as i cannot use my vehicle until fixed
