Hi. I have lodged a claim with MiWay a week back. I wasn’t happy with the service received until I got hold Mr. Thembile Shude. Allow me to appreciate his efforts and time took to calm me down and assist in my claim. He has shown a level of empathy and understanding of client’s frustrations.
