Hi. I just spent about 40 mins on the phone to MiWay Insurance Consultant Kgomotso Makhetha. She was both kind, compassionate and very helpful. She knows her work well and I kept interrupting her to ask questions and she went back and repeated everything she had said , with patience and very polite. I was also able to re-insure my car and also added pothole cover - she did all that for me. I'm very relieved as I will have my car back soon and I have peace of mind that it has very good cover now.
