Her service was excellent, spoke to her last week Friday she requested some doc that I did not have. The way I get busy during working hours I forgot that I sent a claim. Yesterday I send all the relevant docs , today my claim was approved and received the voucher, all of this I was not expecting to be completed by today. I'm very happy with the service.
