Her name is Lesedi. She was helping me adjust my insurance as I can no longer afford to pay the existing premium. She was quick, friendly, efficient and very professional. She reassured me that Miway called me as a client and would not want to lose me and she did what she could to bring the monthly rate down. She was brilliant. Thank you
